Our staff are hand picked for their personality, ability, experience, qualifications and dedication to the well being of the children in their care. We aim to have a low turnover of staff thus enabling continuity for the children and parents.
A key worker system is in operation at the nursery. This means a member of staff is allocated to your child as a key worker. That person is responsible to liase with parents and keep a record of relevant information such as nappy changes, amount of time asleep, food eaten, new goals achieved etc and these will be recorded in your child’s Daily Diary and Personal Learning Plan (PLP).
The close contact children have will ensure their needs are being met. The Key worker is there for you to approach at anytime to answer any questions or queries you may have. |
